hmm i said that i was going to sleep early everyday but lol
i said i wan to cut cut but lol
i told myself i wouldnt give up but lol

and now its the 7th of feb.
total failure!
enought nogurts for now ;x
i shall go find proper meals to eat instead of all the Nogurts [negatives] ;/ ;/
si scarely i finish ll the nogurts by today again zzzzzz
